| I learned after I committed to the program that the tech support was not in the U.S. I knew then that all of my interactions would be by email. My first couple of questions took a day or two to answer. Then I begin communicating with Sui Sim, Goh. She has been extremely responsive. Using the InstanteStore solution, it took me about 6 hours to add my large product line, and to really customize one of the templates to a great degree in order for me to completely set up my website. | I was looking for a complete solution that did not require any extra development and had extensive features. I tried three of the competitor’s stores, and found they had limited features and a much higher price tag. I don't really remember how I came across InstanteStore. Perhaps through a
search engine on the internet but I sure am glad that
I came across your site. I took about a week to get it
set up and transfer the domain over. Plus, your customer
service is EXCELLENT! Sui and Sokyi are wonderful and
have been attentive to my every need. Much better than
most other services I have tried. Keep up the good job!
This is by far the best deal I have found on the internet
for both web hosting and ecommerce! Your store even offers
a lot of extra features that many "canned" software
programs do not provide. I also loved the fact that it
was very easy for me to set up my store so that I could
spend more time customizing it instead of just trying
to figure out how to get started.

In my opinion, this is the best Online Store Solution
I've ever seen. Not even Yahoo comes close! It took me
just a couple of hours before I was ready to start selling.
It's so simple - just upload your items and you are already
selling on the web. The customer support team and the
tech support guys are the best. Very professional. I am
in NY, but I always have close communications with the
support team of InstantEstore.COM despite the time difference.

| I am so please with this store and how easy it is to
modify things...I had my store previously thru Earthlink
and I couldn't customize anything and it was kind of hard
to use...I am so happy with this store and the admin functions...it
is so easy to use and it looks so professional... I raved
about the store to Charles in tech support and I have
referred 3 people to use your site for their store instead
of their current provided...I am so glad I found you guys

A friend actually recommended me to InstanteStore. I've
had experience with Yahoo! Shopping, Monstercart, and
Xcart and InstanteStore is by far a superior product.

I was simply browsing the internet for store builder
packages as I wanted to try a new service from my last
one. I found InstanteStore while doing the search and
it was really very easy and with alot more features and
better template options than I had at the time. It took
me about 6 weeks to get the store up but this was not
full time. I must say the customer service has been excellent,
and still is! I am very pleased with my store and am still
learning about all it's great features.

I compared instantestore to aacart, yahoo store, Site
Build It, and Storefront 6.0. Instantestore was the most
comprehensive, flexible yet powerfull tool of them all.
This is a very impressive tool, makes me jealous that
I was not part of this wonderfull effort. Big ups to the
instantestore team! The only set back is the time difference,
but it is worth it over all as the tech support and customer
service team has been responsive and helpful!

I came across InstanteStore while doing a search for
shopping cart software on the internet. It is an amazing
program with more capabilities than Microsoft offered
and for a lower price! It took us 30 days to set up and
we are still adding vendors and will be for the next 30
days. Whenever I came across any difficulty, the support
team at InstanteStore is really quick to respond. Sui
Sim is top notch with service and very patient. I am very

I searched long and hard for the best e-commerce solution.
I developed my own, downloaded dozens of out-of-the box
solutions and tested loads of hosted solutions. I came
across Instantestore and liked the look and feel of the
product. I kept my eye on Instantestore for about 18 months
- during that time they continued to add features and
functionality - before I decided to sign up for the Instantestore
solution. Instantestore offers functionality that I would
never have the time to build into my own site. I've got
23 years into the IT field and know what it takes to build

and loaded with functionality. I spent several hours working

take you just a few hours - it will take longer to get

and technical support to be very responsive. We communicate
